1. Who we are
Druvly (“Druvly,” “we,” “us”) designs and builds websites for home-service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit druvly.com, create an account, or work with us, and what we do with it.
It works alongside our Terms of Service. Questions? Email hello@druvly.com.
2. Information we collect
Your account. Your email address and, if you add one, your name. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider; we never see or store it.
Your project details. What you enter in the website form: your business name, industry, years in business, owner or contact name, business phone, business email, address, hours, service areas, services, licenses and insurance, current website and domain, social and review links, style preferences, notes, and your hosting choice.
Callback requests. If you ask us to call you, your name, phone number, and, if you give them, your business name, the kind of work you do, and the best time to call.
Files you upload. Logos and photos of your work, vehicles, and team.
Messages. What you write to us through your order page or by email.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our providers receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. We use cookies to keep you signed in and, for advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel (see Section 5).
Payments. We send invoices separately. The site doesn't collect card or bank details.
3. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Build, deliver, host, and support your website;
- Run your account and order page, reply to your messages, and call you back when you ask;
- Send invoices and service-related emails, such as sign-in codes;
- Measure and improve our advertising, and show our ads to people likely to need us;
- Keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse; and
- Meet our legal obligations.
The business details, text, and photos you give us are used to create your website, as described in our Terms.
5. Advertising: Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which ads work, druvly.com uses the Meta Pixel, and our server uses Meta's Conversions API. They tell Meta when someone views a page, creates an account, submits a website request, or asks for a callback.
With those events, Meta receives your IP address, browser information, and the Meta cookie identifiers in your browser. To match the event to a Meta account, it also receives your email address, phone number, name, and our internal customer ID in hashed form: scrambled into a code before it leaves our site or server. Meta uses this under its own Privacy Policy.
Some state laws call this “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out in any of these ways:
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. When we detect it, the Meta Pixel doesn't load and our server sends nothing to Meta about you.
- Adjust your Meta ad preferences or block cookies in your browser settings.
- Email hello@druvly.com and ask us to stop.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and project information while your account is open and for as long as we need it to deliver, host, or support your website, send invoices, and keep required business records. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information unless we have to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Copies in backups are removed on our providers' normal backup cycles.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you, or send you a copy;
- Correct information that's wrong;
- Delete your account and information; or
- Stop using your information for targeted advertising (see Section 5).
Email hello@druvly.com from the address on your account. We may need to confirm it's you before acting, and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
9. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls so that only you and the Druvly team can see your order. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account was accessed without your permission.
10. Websites we build for you
This policy covers druvly.com. The websites we build belong to you, and information collected from your website's visitors, such as quote requests, is yours. If we host your site, we handle that information only to run the site for you.
11. Children
Druvly is a service for businesses and isn't meant for children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our practices change and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email account holders or post a notice on the site before it takes effect.
